As far as your portfolio concerned, no local education + shorter residential stay + PR granted less than 4 yrs would significantly result to a rejection. Having said that, immigration policy is not transparent and you may still stand a chance thinking other-wisely.

if salary is above 5k,6k, they may give a try, $$ is very important!

我只有最后一条符合了，但是也批了，所以个人认为这种公民批准条件根本没有定性的，case by case.
