新加坡在国内有招生代理处，看高考成绩。正规的报名代理好像没录取不收费（只收行政费）。可以参考国大的网站：http://www.nus.edu.sg/oam/apply/international/admissionreq/BYA-admissionreq.html

Applicants presenting the PRC National College Entrance Examination or Gao Kao may apply to the University with evidence of exceptional Gao Kao scores and strong proficiency of the English language. The University may also conduct additional interviews and aptitude tests to evaluate admissions in some faculties and schools.

Requirement

Applicants who receive actual results by application closing date

Applicants who receive actual results after application closing date

Option 1*

A good pass certificate and one of the following:
(i) IELTS score
(ii) TOEFL score

A good pass certificate by June 2012 and one of the following:
(i) IELTS score
(ii) TOEFL score

Option 2*

SAT I and II
Students must provide high school graduation record

UEE

Not required

Course Eligibility

Eligible for all courses

Not eligible for Dentistry/Law/ Medicine/Nursing

* For minimum eligibility to apply, applicants must fulfill the requirements as stipulated in either option 1 or option 2.

Applicants who receive actual result after the application closing date but have chosen Architecture and Industrial Design will be considered.
(Subject to the availability of eligible applicants, Architecture/Industrial Design may mount an additional aptitude test in June 2012 to determine course eligibility)

SPR有中国高考成绩申请国大，视为本地申请者，不占国际学生名额。但是具体要多少分才够就不知道了，国大一般对中国学生除看高考分数，还会SHORT LIST一些再考试面试。据说高考分数不低于清华北大的分数。

但是你的情况因为算本地申请者，要求会不会降低一些，这就不太清楚了，完全视招生办和各院系自己掌控。
