I think tmr you should better have a talk with HR. I think they will support you anyway. You are very lucky!

你这样说我就理解多了，EP152是公司的最后一把杀手锏，想让你不好过就不给你。特别是你背着公司申请的还有明显的离职倾向

翻翻以前的帖子好像有完全脱离公司申请的案例。

还有公司只是敲个章就好，对公司无任何损失好好说就没啥问题

说你好运是最近很难批，你还这么牛还可以背着公司申请

要是公司不给填那绿卡取消是吗也不是我要背着公司啊一言难尽我当然不想放弃就自己去申请。试试总没什么不好的。

How could you apply for you PR status without ANY kind of help from your company....? It's mandatory to obtain the company's inputs & signature on your Form 4A annex isn't it? EP152 is nonetheless not compulsory cos you may also prepare other relevant documents (e.g. recent pay-slips or so) to prove that you are being employed at the same company as the one when you were submitting your PR application materials.

请问楼主当初你申请的时候要给ica写信说明的话你是怎么写的呢？我也遇到相同的问题正在头痛中啊哎

the fact maybe this: with the help of company, better for u to apply pr as long as the reputation of ur company is good in eyes of ica (eg, ur company pay tax on time, no bad records in mom...) w.t the help of company, it may downgrade the possibility of getting pr, but not always like this. from my case, u can find still got some exceptions in pr application course. by the way, tmr i go company hr, hope they will fill in the ep152 form...
