关于BTO后想退房，谁有经验可以分享，谢谢

去年BTO，在建屋局选了房交了首付，现在在等房子16年top.可是家里另有其他打算，主要是想给孩子买学区房，BTO的房子附近没有什么学校有一个小学规划还没开始建，想退掉这个新组屋不知可行么？如果可行，具体怎么操作呢，会涉及赔偿什么的么？谢谢了

1) Paid option fee - forfeited
2) 5% downpayment & stamp/legal fees - forfeited
3) Loan - keys not received, not an issue since loan not disbursed yet
4) CPF grants - to be returned with interest. Must download the flat cancellation form from hdb website. HDB will reply you with a letter to authorise the return of the grant from your CPF. Failing to do so will be equivalent to owing money to the govt and you wont be apply to apply for any more flats till you repay
