我们要澄清的是，“生死登记法”第10（1）条规定：“就儿童出生登记而言，任何儿童的姓氏应为儿童的父亲的姓氏;但如果孩子不合法，而且父亲也不是出生的告密者，那么姓氏应该是孩子母亲的姓氏。
