求助！CSC联合培养项目的学生准证问题

今天收到了邮件让填写MOM TEP申请，说需要三个星期处理，请问真的需要那么久吗？我之前收到的邀请函是今年九月至明年二月的，这个审核通过之后还需要办签证和其他的文件，以及跟CSC申报，过程中的每一步都需要这么久吗？
求大佬们帮助！

MOM Training Employment Pass (TEP) for NUS Foreign Visitors

The Training Employment Pass is for eligible foreign students/trainees or NUS Academic Visitors who will be either undergoing short term training or research attachment in NUS.

Processing time by MOM is generally within 3 weeks, while some cases require a longer processing time. We regret that we will not be able to influence the processing time nor the application outcome by MOM.  We seek your kind understanding and patience.
