★eye candy:
Something or someone that is pleasing to look at can be described as eye candy. Eye candy is attractive but lacks depth; a slang expression for something that is superficially eye-catching.

There is a lot of eye candy on the new company website, but not much detailed information about the products.

★eye teeth :

We have two eye teeth in the top jaw and two similar in the bottom. They are called eye teeth because of their position under the eye. They are pointed and conical and are also known as canine teeth; Dracula’s are particularly pronounced; the famous vampire’s teeth are often referred to as fangs.

★ Beauty is in the eye of the beholder:
“Beauty is in the eye of the beholder” is a very old saying, going all the way back to Greece in the 3rd century BC. This means that what people find beautiful is very subjective and varies according to a person’s particular taste.
“Beauty is in the eye of the beholder”

★ to be in the public eye
Some people, like politicians or celebrities, are frequently seen in public or in the media; they are said to be in the public eye. The opposite is, naturally enough, “to be out of the public eye.”
有些人,如政客或者名人,经常在公众面前或者媒体中露面,就可以用to be in the public eye形容;相反的意思自然就用to be out of the public eye表达。如:
Ever since she starred in a film with Clint Eastwood, Jackie Brown has been in the public eye.

I will map out the plan in advance.

If you map out something that you are intending to do, you work out in detail how you will do it.
If you plan out the future, you decide in detail what you are going to do.
2. In advance表示“提前,事先”,比如“预先通知”,notify someone in advance。与此类似的还有ahead of,比如“提前一天准备”,prepare something a day ahead of time。
的前面”,比如“在会议之前”,in advance of the meeting。
If you do something in advance, you do it before a particular date or event. If one thing happens or is done in advance of another, it happens or is done before the other thing.
