how to improve English?

My speaking is very bad, want to know ho w to improve it

talk more la...although i know its hard to find an enviroment to exercise..but if you want, then you can...for example, when you buy food from bazaars, food court, or other restaurants, or you buy some goods from some shops, you insist to use english to make the deals..and hardly ever use chinese to explain..and overcome the shy emotion, then you can improve your oral english.

<P>haa haa....actually 85% of the time i find it damned hard to use english in food courts and hawker centres...... imagine the conversation goes:</P>
<P>"auntie ah, i want rice with cabbage, chicken wing and tofu.... how much?"</P>
<P>"1 meat 1 dollar, 1 vegetable 50 cents"</P>
<P>"tofu?"</P>
<P>"tofu vege lah!"</P>
<P>"oops... i forget to bring enough cash...can i loan 50cents from you? next time i surely will return."</P>
