So it is cheaper. </font></p><p><font color="#0000ff" size="4">After you get your citizenship, you can change the flat and enjoy the grant.</font></p><p><font color="#ff0066" size="4">Normally the JTC flats are not in the lift level, so do you know how much and how long(within 1 year or 2 year) the pr need to pay the lift fees?</font></p><p><font color="#0000ff" size="4">Usually the LIFT upgrade from polling to billing need 2-3 years. As long as you get citizenship within 1 year after billing, you no need to pay full amount. </font></p><p><font color="#0000ff" size="4">If you stick as PR, usually full amount is 10K+/-3K </font></p>
