Also its religious diversity, makes you appreciate the incredible architectural skyline view of the city; what a unique and spectacular picture.The presentation took place in the great and modern Reval Hotel, which hosted a total over 220 participants.It was very well organized to the smallest of details; it had a closed captioned system, to translate simultaneously into Russian. The moderator spoke Latvian, providing all participants the opportunity to listen to Tommy Ekstrom, and Sting Networks team of professionals in person; in conjunction with the analysis provided by Hans Edstedt, from: Erik Penser Fondkommission, making a huge assuredness in the upcoming share offering. There was a question and answer segment, in which the attendees had the opportunity to clear certain technical questions, about Sting Operations and structure. Tommy Ekstrom, replied each question, until everyone in the room was clear.
It took more time than expected for the presentation, but it was Mr. Ekstrom s will and desire that the community had a clear understanding, of the company and its projections for their upcoming participation on the share offering.More than half of the participants gathered afterwards, in the beautiful historical building, of the Riga Latvian society, founded in 1868.
The big Hall, served as frame to an incredible dinner and entertainment provided by the famous band, Igo un draugi. The beautiful singer Jolanta Gulbe, also indulged us with her voice.We had a great surprise to inform, as we did a little lottery among the attendees; were the lucky winner, received a certificate, for a weekend getaway for two (2), to <place wst="on"><city wst="on">Paris</city></place>. The share issue was for 31 Million SEK with an over-subscription option of a further 10 Million SEK. Bridge members subscribed for a total of: 45.1 Million SEK. The Board of Directors of Sting Networks announced today, that they have decided to use the over-subscription option of 10 Million SEK. This means that the total issue will be for a total of 41 Million SEK. The result of this is that a significantly larger number of Bridge members will have the opportunity to participate in this exciting investment. It is great that there was so much interest in the new share issue. I am looking forward into taking the next step, on Sting s development, together with the new owners. Now we can set our expansion; full steam ahead, says Tommy Ekstrom. I met around 2,000 potential investors at the road shows and I was impressed by the positive atmosphere that I experienced. In addition to the capital that we have raised we have also had a number of inquiries about our services from Bridge members and their networks of contacts. We have had a number of meetings that carry the potential into partnership agreements, and new customers, Tommy Ekstrom continues. Bridge members demonstrate, that there is strong placing power when thousands of investors organise themselves together. Now, we can be part of the exiting new journey; as Sting expands around Europe. Please note, that the funds for the subscribed shares, must be available in your deposit account by April 25th, at the latest. </div>
