<h2><span>For foreign students applying to Secondary 1 - 3 (fee paying)</span></h2><p><span>Please visit the <a href="http://www.moe.gov.sg/esp/foreign/">MOE website</a> for general information, application procedure and age criteria.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>For admission to MGS, please complete</span><span> <a href="http://www.mgs.sch.edu.sg/documents/0000/0534/Form_A_1_nov2007.pdf">application form (Form A)</a></span><span>, which should reach the school by 31 October. Applicants who are interested must apply to sit for the Principals' Academy Certification Test (PACT) from June to October. Please visit the website <a href="http://www.pai.sg/" target="links">http://www.pai.sg</a> for more details of the PACT.
