thanks for yr kind martin, u may email to me this file  @   ochloe_bai@hotmail.com ,   and  one more question    from the above web  the interest rate : 1 yr 3.75, 2nd yr 4.25  third yr 4.5  is it  fixed ?  or just little flexible within sg mkt?   thanks.

If it states as fixed, it is fixed. if not states, it will follow market rate.
 
Now flexable rate quite low , normally <2.5%. fix is high....above 3.5
