07年的娃，要开始申请小学了吗

娃和我们不在新加坡好几年了。下半年搬回去。我们在新加坡的HDB附近有一些学校，但是没有好的……

无知的问版上的各位大大，如果我朋友家附近有所名校，我把IC上的地址换去朋友家，是否可以申请他家附近的名校？我们现在还在美国，对申请小学的事情基本不了解。有没有什么网站或攻略可以看看？

２０１３年上学的应该是今年6月以后就要关注了，报名一般在6,7,8月份。
你孩子０７年的，２０１３－２００７＝６，那么今年就要报名了。
至于换IC地址报好学校能不能行？俺不知道呀。

Age Requirement

1) What is the age requirement for children who are due for registration for admission to P1 in 2012?

The 2011 P1 Registration Exercise is for children born between 2 Jan 2005 and 1 Jan 2006 (both dates inclusive).

2) My child is born on 2 Jan 2006. Can he/she be registered for admission to P1 in 2012?

No. The Ministry adheres strictly to the policy of admitting children to P1 when they are at least 6 years old on 1 Jan at the year of admission to P1.
