    下面这个列表中有37所美国大学和5所加拿大大学，他们全部来自2010泰晤士报的世界大学Top100。这个一年内上课时间的排名出自多伦多大学的数学系教授Yael Karshon. 排名诞生的原因是当年多大准备从09-10学年开始缩短学生的上课时间。要说也就是减去4天，却引起了多大教授和学生们的一致恐慌，他们认为这么做会导致学生缺乏必要的学习时间，甚至会让准备申请多大的学生觉得多大已经不再是个好学校了。。。
