嗯。。
我看了HDB买resale flat, under public scheme (一个公民,一个 PR)
在申请买resale的时候,可以拥有私人房产 (如果要申请津贴或者政府贷款就不能拥有私人房产了)
可是
必须在屋子完成的六个月内把名字从私人房产上除名

| You can own private property (unless you are applying for a CPF Housing Grant and/or an HDB loan).
