刚才查了一下四月份的整套公寓的租金，四月份有2100新币就可以租到2房的公寓了，看来租金很难上涨了，租房人应该开心了

你看的这个是个案，不代表普遍情况。靠近地铁交通方便的地方租金还是很坚挺的。

上周陪朋友去买房签约，问起中介我以前租的那个金文泰三房组屋今年还是要租2400吗？据说租金不都掉了吗？
结果他说现在三房组屋仍能租到2800.。。。⊙﹏⊙b汗
真替公寓不值啊。。。这个价钱，要是我，宁可去租两房公寓了。
