中国出生的孩子，小一报名，疫苗证明怎么准备？

我们没打过肺炎的，去年没要求这个。
我看了下moe网站，跟去年不一样，去年是直接写在网站上需要打哪些针，包括名称和打的时间。比中国要求打的少多了。
今年是这样写的：
All parents should produce the immunisation certificates (BCG, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, poliomyelitis, measles, mumps, rubella and Hepatitis B) of their children at the time of registration. Documentary evidence of immunisation can be downloaded from the National Immunisation Registry website.

With reference to Singapore’s National Childhood Immunisation Schedule, all children (Singapore Citizens and Non-Singapore Citizens) should have completed the recommended immunisations before entry into Primary One.

第一段里说必须出示的就是去年要求的那些，里面并没有肺炎的。但是第二段的链接recommended immunisations里的表里又有肺炎的，所以我也搞不清楚了。
