让你的生命为荣耀上帝而发出光亮

“不可叫人小看你年轻，总要在言语、行为、爱心、信心、清洁上，都作信徒的榜样（提摩太前书4:12）   

亲爱的弟兄姊妹们，有一件事是世界需要看到的，就是好榜样。人们需要看到，基督徒们无论在家里、学校里，还是在生意中、办公室里，甚至在他们每一个所到之处，都能行出爱心、纯洁和信心的好榜样。

使徒保罗在罗马书（12:17不要以恶报恶，众人以为美的事，要留心去作）里劝诫我们，当在人前活得无可指责；而其他经文也教导我们，要远避一切的恶行。所以，当你跟从着上帝时，不要走在上帝教导的边缘上，存着侥幸心理，试试为自己能够得到多少好处，这是在试探上帝，是亵渎上帝。你要毫无保留地全力以赴跟着上帝的方向走，因为根据你的好行为，就能够确认你是否是一个真基督徒。无论处在什么样的境况中，你都要表现出一个基督徒该有的表现，让身边的人实在看到你的爱心、信心、纯洁和敬畏上帝的心。

你行为上的好榜样，在很大程度上胜过你的言语。当我的女儿，维多利亚小的时候，和她妈妈睡在一起。一天晚上，她叫醒她的妈妈说：“妈妈，我的耳朵痛，你可以为我祷告吗？”而她的妈妈成长在一个不信上帝的家庭里，我不知道她当时为女儿做了什么，反正她没有祷告。所以，维多利亚起来说：“我要去向我的天父祷告。”而当她祷告后，她的耳朵就不再痛了。

你看，我给维多利亚作出对上帝的信心和爱心的榜样，她是记得的。当你的孩子成长时，他们可能会忘记某些你对他们的讲道，或表现得好像对上帝的事情不感兴趣，但是他们不会忘记你的好榜样。

甚至在你工作的地方、学习的地方或是你的邻里中，人们可能会拒绝你所讲的上帝的话语，或是竭力为之而争辩，但是他们决不能拒绝或忘记你有爱心的好行为。

不要让你生命的好榜样因微小的罪恶或灵命上的妥协而蒙上阴影，你要活得无可指责，让主耶稣的光透过你而发出光亮。

12:9 爱人不可虚假，恶要厌恶，善要亲近。  

12:10 爱弟兄要彼此亲热，恭敬人要彼此推让。  

12:11 殷勤不可懒惰，要心里火热，常常服事主。  

12:12 在指望中要喜乐，在患难中要忍耐，祷告要恒切。  

12:13 圣徒缺乏要帮补，客要一味的款待。  

12:14 逼迫你们的要给他们祝福，只要祝福，不可咒诅。  

12:15 与喜乐的人要同乐，与哀哭的人要同哭。  

12:16 要彼此同心，不要志气高大，倒要俯就卑微的人，不要自以为聪明。  

12:17 不要以恶报恶，众人以为美的事，要留心去作。  

12:18 若是能行，总要尽力与众人和睦。  

12:19 亲爱的弟兄，不要自己伸冤，宁可让步，听凭主怒。因为经上记着“主说‘伸冤在我，我必报应。’”

12:20 所以“你的仇敌若饿了，就给他吃；若渴了，就给他喝。因为你这样行，就是把炭火堆在他的头上。”

12:21 你不可为恶所胜，反要以善胜恶。  

在此，我们夫妻感谢上帝，我们主耶稣基督的父，赐给我们美好的一天，也赐给我们你们这些忠心于主的弟兄姊妹们。

Let Your Life Shine for The Glory and Honour GOD

"Be thou an example of the believers in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity." (1 Timothy 4:12)

Dear Brothers and Sisters

One thing the world needs to see is good examples. They need to see believers walk in love and purity and faith in their homes, in their schools, in their businesses, in their office and where ever they go.

The Apostle Paul exhorts us in Romans (12: 17 Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone.) to live above reproach in the sight of all men. Other scriptures teach us to avoid all appearance of evil. So, when you go after GOD, don't walk out on the edge, trying to see how much you can get by with. Go all out in GOD's direction. Conduct yourself in a way that will put to rest any question about whether or not you're a Christian. Let the people around you see your love and faith and purity in every situation.

Your example will go a lot further than your words. When my daughter, Victoria, was a little girl, she was sleeping with her mother and she woke her mother up in the night and said, "Mom, I have an earache. Would you pray for it?" Well, her mother were raised in a family that don’t believe GOD. I don't know what she did, but it didn't work. So, Victoria just got up and said, "I'm going to pray to my FATHER in Heaven”. When she prays, it stops hurting.

You see, I had set an example of faith and love and Victoria remembered it. While your children are growing up, they might forget some of the sermons you've preached or act like they're not interested in the things of GOD. But they'll never forget your example.

Even at the place where you work or go to school or just in your neighbourhood, people might reject or argue with the words you say. But they'll never refute or forget your acts of love.

Don't let petty sins and spiritual compromises cast a shadow over your life example. Live above reproach and let the light of JESUS shine brightly through you.

上帝赏赐真正的跟从者

平安弟兄姊妹们！

【要作基督真正的跟从者，我们就必须】：

1）相信上帝拥有至高主权，祂自始至终在掌管万有（诗篇103:19耶和华在天上立定宝座，祂的权柄统管万有）。

2）坚信：无论何种情况和处境，上帝都是在为我们的益处而运作（罗马书8:28我们晓得万事都互相效力，叫爱 神的人得益处，就是按祂旨意被召的人）。

3）爱上帝。圣经说服从上帝的命令，就是表明我们爱上帝（约翰一书5:3我们遵守 神的诫命，这就是爱祂了，并且祂的诫命不是难守的），但并不是在自己方便或合自己心意的时候再服从祂，而是要事事、时时都服从祂。

4）听从上帝的教导。当你祷告的时候，多用时间细心聆听上帝对你所讲的话，并且谨守遵行。

5）勇敢。要勇于服从上帝的命令，因为跟从上帝的旨意生活就势必常有各种“纷争”，所以你必须甘心乐意地选择只做上帝看为正的事。

6）完完全全降服于上帝。

【上帝对服从祂命令之人的赏赐】：

A）如果你跟从上帝的旨意生活，就会经历个人的胜利（约书亚1:8这律法书不可离开你的口，总要昼夜思想，好使你谨守遵行这书上所写的一切话。如此，你的道路就可以亨通，凡事顺利）

B）在每个境况中，你都拥有平安和喜乐。

C）上帝会与你同行，即使在苦难中也是如此。

GOD's rewards for the true follower

Shalom Brothers n Sisters,

As a true follower of CHRIST, we must:

1) Believe that GOD is sovereign - HE controls all things at all times (Ps. 103: 19 The LORD has established HIS throne in heaven, and HIS kingdom rules over all).

2) Trust that HE will work for our good in every situation and circumstance (Rom. 8:28 And we know that in all things GOD works for the good of those who love HIM, who have been called according to HIS purpose).

3) Love the LORD. The Bible says we show our love for HIM by obeying HIS commands (1 John 5:3 In fact, this is love for GOD: to keep HIS commands. And HIS commands are not burdensome) - and not just when they are convenient and desirable.

4) Listen to HIM. When you pray, make time to hear what HE has to say.

5) Be courageous. Obeying GOD takes courage because following HIS will often leads to conflict. You must be willing to do what is right in the sight of GOD only.

6) Fully surrender to HIM.

GOD rewards those who are obedient to HIS commands:

A) You will experience personal victory if you follow HIS will (Josh. 1:8 Keep this Book of Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful).

B) You will have peace and joy in every circumstance.

C) GOD will walk with you even in the midst of suffering.

主耶稣在十字架上为我们付清了罪债

倘若你们不这样行，就得罪耶和华，要知道你们的罪必追上你们（民数记32:23）

平安弟兄姊妹们！大多数人误解了这段经文的真正含义，他们认为它的意思是：你的罪有一天会被发现”或“你不能逃脱罪的惩罚”。当然，这些表述是对的，但却不是这段经文所指的含义，让我们看路加12:2：掩盖的事没有不露出来的，隐藏的事没有不被人知道的。

没有任何事能够向上帝隐藏，箴言15:3里声明：“耶和华的眼目无处不在，恶人善人祂都鉴察。”曾经看到拉斯维加斯发布了一个误导人的广告，以致犯了罪！他们向人们保证：“你在拉斯维加斯什么都可以做，你犯的罪会留在这里，不会跟着你离开。”可是，我有另一个信息给你们：上帝在录影你们在维加斯（在世上）所做的一切！在维加斯（在世上）发生的一切都会记录在天国！上帝不是一个和平主义者、不是一个玩具神，祂不会在我们犯罪的时候转眼不看我们，弟兄们，上帝决不会这么做，祂对我们立下承诺：我们必须要对自己负责（这样看来，我们各人必要将自己的事，在 神面前说明---罗马书14:12；因为人所作的事，连一切隐藏的事，无论是善是恶，神都必审问---传道书12:14；那行不义的，必受不义的报应，主不偏待人---歌罗西3:25）。

无论是得救的人还是没得救的人，终有一天都会站在上帝的法庭上。不同的是，没得救的人将在刑事法庭受审判，而得救的人在民事法庭受审判；在刑事法庭受审的人，最后服刑的地方是监狱（火湖），而在民事法庭受审的人，将会受奖赏上的损失、责备和上帝的怒；没有得救的人，将站在白色的大宝座前受审判（启示录20:11-15），得救的人将在基督台前受审判（哥林多后书5:9-11）。

那么，“倘若你们不这样行，就得罪耶和华，要知道你们的罪必追上你们”，这句经文在民数记32:23里的含义是什么？当时以色列人正要进入应许之地，可是迦得和流便支派不想住在迦南，因为他们有极多的牲畜，看见约旦河东的土地肥沃（迦南是应许之地，在约旦河西），所以就来跟摩西说（民数记32:2）。而摩西为此很烦忧，因为他们不愿进入应许之地，就会使其余的支派灰心丧胆。

所以摩西指明：迦得和流便支派要在征战中投入全部人力才能得到所求之地，并且他们不能在迦南得产业。而他们回应摩西，他们仍要留在约旦河东，他们许诺必与其余支派并肩作战，帮助他们夺得应许之地。于是摩西才勉强同意，但是告诉他们，如果他们不遵守承诺……（就等于得罪 神），他们的罪必追上他们！

注意摩西在民数记32:23里的警告：你们的罪必追上你们---也就是说，我们犯罪的后果，终有一天会困扰我们。这就是这节的含义：罪总会导致痛苦和悔恨。

在我的人生中，有无数人与我分享，他们悔恨年轻时犯下的罪行。

有一个男人向我吐露：他年轻时是吸毒者，那时他不认识上帝。他说他记得曾与一个可怜女人的相遇，她有一个小孩子，她需要钱。他从未见过这个女人，却主张她去做Ji~NV。他告诉我，当时他还与她在沙发上ML，就在女人儿子的面前。他说，他曾经是如此冷血、如此缺乏爱心。他告诉我，他靠吸毒得到兴奋，但是感觉每次都不如上次兴奋，也就是说他的毒瘾越来越深。他开始哭泣，他告诉我，他非常后悔在他生命里的罪行，也后悔伤害那么人，后悔浪费了太多的宝贵年华，而这些逝去的年华却再也回不来了。他告诉我，他常常想也许他和那些Ji~NV有许多不知道的孩子，因为他做了很久的皮条客。他说，他常常想自己是否有艾滋病，但又没有勇气去化验。他说他经常感觉自己有罪，他一直都是在利用那些穷苦的人赚钱。上帝曾给了他一份不错的工作，但是他还是这么贪心。他的生命简直一塌糊涂！多年之后，他成为基督徒，他怀着忏悔的心和信心来到上帝跟前，他知道主耶稣的宝血已洗净了他曾经所有的罪。但是，他还是有犯罪的感觉，尤其是对那些被他伤害过的人---这就是他的罪追上了他（民数记32:23）。

我能跟你分享更多这样的故事，我相信你也可以。世界是个罪恶的地方，当然男人和女人也都是罪人。事实上 ，罪最憎恶、最严重的后果，正是由今天的孩子和青少年们在承受。犯罪的严重后果！我的朋友，你想要为罪付上多少代价？罪会一直吞噬我们，远超我们所能预料的；它使我付出的代价，远大于我们所预备支付的；它会长久困扰我们，远长于我们所预想的时限。魔鬼就是个骗子、盗贼和凶手！圣经（约翰福音8:44，10:10）说：“他本是所有骗子、盗贼和凶手的父。”在当今的世界，那些骗子、盗贼和凶手，他们的父就是撒旦。

雅各书2:10里教导我们：凡遵守上帝全部诫命的，只在一条上跌倒，他就是犯了众条。换句话说，只要有一个罪就足以使一个人永远下入地狱。这就是为何我们需要一位救主，祂尊贵的名字是耶稣---祂死在十字架上，被埋葬，三天后复活。祂为我们众人付清了罪债！---这就是福音（即：死亡、埋葬、复活的基督---哥林多前书15:1-4）。如果你靠着有行动的信心和悔改的心，接受基督在十字架上舍己为你付清罪债的事实，那么你将会被拯救，并且将会永世与上帝享受幸福和丰盛。

从前远离 神的人，如今却在基督耶稣里，靠着祂的血，已经得亲近了（以弗所2:13）

阿们！我们靠基督的宝血得与 神和好、得与 神亲近了！！！

JESUS paid for our sin debts on the cross

"But if ye will not do so, behold, ye have sinned against the Lord: and be sure your sin will find you out" (Num. 32:23).

Shalom Brothers and Sisters,

Most people have a misunderstanding as to what this Scripture really means. Most people think it means, “Your sin will someday be found out” or “You won't get away with sin.” Of course, these statements are true; but, that is NOT what this particular Bible passage is referring to. We read in Luke 12:2, “For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.”

Nothing is hid from the presence of God. Proverb 15:3 proclaims, “The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.” Las Vegas is guilty of false advertising! They guarantee you that the sins you commit in Vegas will STAY IN VEGAS. Well, I have news for you, GOD is video-taping everything you do in Vegas! What HAPPENS in Vegas IS RECORDED in Heaven!!! God is NOT a pacifist, teddy-bear God, that looks the other way when we sin. No sir, God has promised to hold each and every one of us accountable for ourselves (Romans 14:12 - So then each of us shall give account of himself to GOD; Ecclesiastes 12:14 - For GOD will bring every work into judgment, Including every secret thing, Whether good or evil; Colossians 3:25 - But he who does wrong will be repaid for what he has done, and there is no partiality.).

Whether saved or unsaved, we will all have our day in GOD's court. The difference is it will be as a criminal court for the unsaved, verses civil court for the saved. In criminal court you go to prison (the Lake of Fire); but in civil court you suffer monetary (reward) losses, reproach and GOD's anger. The unsaved will stand trial at The Great White Throne of Judgment (Revelation 20:11-15), and the saved will stand trial at The Judgment Seat of Christ (2nd Corinthians 5:9-11).

So what does “But if you do not do so, then take note, you have sinned against the Lord; and be sure your sin will find you out.” in Numbers 32:23 mean? The Israelites were about to enter into the Promised Land. However, the tribes of Reuben and Gad didn't want to live in Canaan, and they informed Moses of this (Numbers 32:2). They had large herds of cattle, and saw that there was plenty of land on the east side of the Jordan River (Canaan, the Promised Land, was on the West side of the Jordan River). Moses was upset, and said that the rest of the tribes would be discouraged by their unwillingness to enter into the Promised Land.

Moses also pointed out that they needed all the manpower in battle they could get, and couldn't afford not to have the tribes of Reuben and Gad fight in Canaan. So they asked Moses if they could remain on the East side of Jordan if they promised to help fight with the rest of the tribes for the Promised Land. Moses reluctantly agreed; but told them that if they didn't keep their promise . . . . (which is equivalent to sinning against GOD). Their sin would find them out!

Notice carefully that Moses said in Numbers 32:23, “YOUR sin will find YOU out.” It is the sin we commit that will one day haunt us. This is what the verse means. Sin always leads to misery and regret.

I have spoken with countless people throughout my life, who have shared with me their regrets over sins committed when they were younger.

One man confided to me that he was a drug-addict when he was younger, before he found the LORD. He said he remembered meeting a poor woman, who had little children, and needed money. He had never met the woman before. He propositioned her for prostitution. He told me that he was having sex with her shortly thereafter, on the couch, right in front of the woman's small children. He said that he had been so cold-hearted that he could have cared less. He told me how he used to get high on cocaine, and how each drug "high" was less spectacular than the previous. He began to weep as he told me how he regretted his life of sin, the people he had hurt, and the wasted years of his life he couldn't relive. He told me that he often wonders if he has any unknown children, because he had been a whoremonger for so long. He said that he often wonders if he has HIV, and is afraid to be tested. He said he felt guilty because he had taken advantage of the poor, when God had given him a good job. His life was so tragic! Years later, he became a Christian with a repentance heart and in faith knew that the blood of Jesus had cleansed all his sins away; but he still felt guilt over the people he had hurt. His sins found him out (Num. 32:23).

I could share many more such stories with you, and I'm sure you could likewise with me. The world is a sinful place. Certainly, all men and women are sinners. In fact, the most heinous and worst crimes being committed today are by children and young teens. Oh the consequences of sin! What price are you willing to pay for sin my friend? Sin will always take us further than we planned to go, cost us more than we intended to pay, and keep us longer than we wanted to stay! The Devil is a liar, thief and murderer—and he's the father of all liars, thieves and murderers the Bible says (John 8:44; 10:10). There are many liars, thieves and murderers in the world today whose father is Satan.

James 2:10 teaches that to break even one of God's Commandments is equivalent to breaking ALL of them in God's sight. In other words, even one sin is enough to send a person to Hell for all eternity. That's why we need a Saviour. His precious name is JESUS—WHO died on the cross, was buried and rose again on the third day—to pay for our many sin debts. This is the Gospel (i.e., the death, burial and resurrection of Christ, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4). If, by faith and with a repentant heart you receive what Christ did on the cross, as payment for your sins then you'll be saved and spend eternity with the LORD in happiness and plenty.

But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ (Ephesians 2:13)

Amen! We are reconciled and brought near to God BY THE BLOOD OF CHRIST!!!
