不要悲伤

耶和华救赎的民必归回，歌唱来到锡安。永乐必归到他们的头上，他们必得着欢喜快乐，忧愁叹息尽都逃避（以赛亚51:11）

亲爱的弟兄姊妹们，你知道吗，作为真基督徒，耶稣基督的宝血已经将你从痛苦和悲伤的诅咒中救赎出来了？你不需要再去承受任何本该你承受的罪债、痛苦或疾病。

在我母亲回天家之前的几个月，上帝亲自教导了我。每一次，上帝都向我显示“要服从祂的话语”，我要行出祂的教导（凡上帝透过圣经教导你的，你全都要遵照去做。现在就开始服从上帝，那么在苦难来临的时候，你就能够拥有平安和喜乐）。

所以，在我母亲去世前的八个半月里，我开始抵挡痛苦和悲伤，我立定心志：不悲伤。很快，魔鬼就对我的情绪展开了猛烈地攻击。

但是，我说：“不，我决不接受这些痛苦和悲伤的诅咒。奉主耶稣的名，我赶除这些负面的感觉，我要将我的身体当作活祭献给上帝，并且除了上帝所喜悦的，我不会参与任何事情。”然后，我大声讲出上帝的话语，并高声赞美祂。

就这样，我经历了数日的顽强抵抗，直至那些忧郁的灵落荒而逃。

现在，我要告诉你的是：你一定要顽强抵挡那些痛苦和悲伤，它们不属于你，也不是出于你的天父。也许你会彻夜不眠，但是不要忧虑和哭泣，引用上帝的话语来抵挡那些阴沉的灵，直到它们逃走，上帝的喜乐临到你。

因此，你要记住你是谁！你是得蒙欢喜、平安和快乐祝福的人，你是能够使痛苦和悲伤逃离你的人，你是顺服并遵行上帝的旨意而得蒙救赎的人！

研经：诗篇97

97:1 耶和华作王，愿地快乐、愿众海岛欢喜。  

97:2 密云和幽暗在祂的四围；公义和公平是祂宝座的根基。  

97:3 有烈火在祂前头行，烧灭祂四围的敌人。  

97:4 祂的闪电光照世界，大地看见便震动。  

97:5 诸山见耶和华的面，就是全地之主的面，便消化如蜡。  

97:6 诸天表明祂的公义，万民看见祂的荣耀。  

97:7 愿一切事奉雕刻的偶像、靠虚无之神自夸的都蒙羞愧。万神哪，你们都当拜祂。  

97:8 耶和华啊，锡安听见你的判断就欢喜，犹大的城邑也都快乐。  

97:9 因为你耶和华至高，超乎全地；你被尊崇，远超万神之上。  

97:10 你们爱耶和华的，都当恨恶罪恶。祂保护圣民的性命，搭救他们脱离恶人的手。  

97:11 散布亮光是为义人，预备喜乐是为正直人。  

97:12 你们义人当靠耶和华欢喜，称谢祂可记念的圣名。  

Sorrow Not!

"The redeemed of the Lord shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and [grief] shall flee away."

(Isaiah 51:11)

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Did you know that as a true follower you've been redeemed from the curse of grief and sorrow by the blood of JESUS CHRIST? You don't have to put up with them any more than you have to put up with sin or sickness or disease.

GOD started teaching me about this personally several months before my mother went home to be with HIM. Every time GOD show me something about obedience to HIS WORD, I'd put it into practice. (You ought to do that with anything GOD is teaching you through the Scripture. Start practicing it now, and you can walk in peace and joy when tribulation comes!)

So, eight and a half months before my mother left, I began standing against grief and sorrow. I made a decision to "sorrow not." Immediately the devil began to attack my emotions.

But I'd say, "No. I won't receive that (the curse of grief and sorrow). I take authority over these feelings in JESUS' Name. I've given my body as a living sacrifice unto the LORD, and I won't partake of anything but HIS joy." Then I'd start speaking the WORD and praising out loud.

I went through many rugged days of resisting until those sorry spirits were gone.

What I'm telling you is this: You're going to have to stand against grief and sorrow. It doesn't belong to you. It's not from your heavenly FATHER. You may have to walk the floor all night long. But instead of worrying and crying, walk the floor and quote the WORD until that heavy spirit leaves and the joy of the LORD comes.

Remember who you are. You're the one who shall obtain gladness, peace and joy. You're the one sorrow and grief shall flee away from. You are the redeemed when you obey and do the will of GOD!

Scripture Study: Psalm 97

1 The Lord reigns, let the earth be glad;

let the distant shores rejoice.

2 Clouds and thick darkness surround him;

righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.

3 Fire goes before him

and consumes his foes on every side.

4 His lightning lights up the world;

the earth sees and trembles.

5 The mountains melt like wax before the Lord,

before the Lord of all the earth.

6 The heavens proclaim his righteousness,

and all peoples see his glory.

7 All who worship images are put to shame,

those who boast in idols—

worship him, all you gods!

8 Zion hears and rejoices

and the villages of Judah are glad

because of your judgments, Lord.

9 For you, Lord, are the Most High over all the earth;

you are exalted far above all gods.

10 Let those who love the Lord hate evil,

for he guards the lives of his faithful ones

and delivers them from the hand of the wicked.

11 Light shines[a] on the righteous

and joy on the upright in heart.

12 Rejoice in the Lord, you who are righteous,

不要让你的祷告受到阻碍

我们若（真的）在光明中行，如同　神在光明中，就彼此相交（真正为一体）（约翰一书1:7）

亲爱的弟兄姊妹们，作为基督徒，在我们的生活领域中尤其需要注意人际关系方面，我们要听从上帝的话语，而不要彼此斤斤计较、相互批评指责，从而阻碍我们行使上帝所赐战胜世界的力量。

纷争也会对我们的灵命产生负面影响，纷争就是向魔鬼敞开大门，并且导致我们的祷告得不到上帝的回应，甚至使我们的天使也不再维护我们。

彼得在彼得前书3:7中写到：丈夫要体恤自己的妻子（你们作丈夫的也要按情理和妻子同住，因她比你软弱，与你一同承受生命之恩的，所以要敬重她，这样便叫你们的祷告没有阻碍）。不仅如此，在夫妻之间、父母与儿女之间、同事之间、教会的事工之间，我们都需要警惕纷争的危险，凡事都要凭爱心去做。

让上帝话语的光普照你的人际关系，并且深入探究就得到真理的启示：我们互为彼此的一部分。所以，真切认识到以弗所书里告诉我们的：“我们是同一个身体、同一个圣灵、同一个指望，我们要用和平彼此联络，竭力保守圣灵所赐合而为一的心。”（以弗所4:3-4）

让上帝的大能注入你所有的人际关系，学会在光明中行！

研经：罗马书15:1-7

15:1 我们坚固的人应该担代不坚固人的软弱，不求自己的喜悦。  

15:2 我们各人务要叫邻舍喜悦，使他得益处、建立德行。  

15:3 因为基督也不求自己的喜悦，如经上所记“辱骂你人的辱骂都落在我身上”。

15:4 从前所写的圣经都是为教训我们写的，叫我们因圣经所生的忍耐和安慰，可以得着盼望。  

15:5 但愿赐忍耐安慰的　神叫你们彼此同心，效法基督耶稣：  

15:6 一心一口荣耀　神，我们主耶稣基督的父。  

15:7 所以你们要彼此接纳，如同基督接纳你们一样，使荣耀归与　神。  

Let Not Your Prayers Be Hindered.

"But if we [really] are living and walking in the Light as HE [HIMSELF] is in the Light, we have [true, unbroken] fellowship with one another."(1 John 1:7)

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

One area of our lives we believers need to particularly guard is the area of our relationships. We simply have to heed the WORD of GOD where they're concerned. Let's not fuss with one another and criticize one another so much that we hinder the forces that GOD has given us to make us successful in this world.

Strife also causes trouble in the spirit realm. It opens the door to the devil. It keeps our prayers from being answered. It even keeps our angels from moving on our behalf!

Peter wrote to husbands in 1 Peter 3:7 to live considerately with their wives. He said, "...bestowing honour on the woman as the weaker sex, since you are joint-heirs of the grace of life, in order that your prayers may not be hindered." Husbands and wives. Parents and children. Co-workers. Fellow church members. All of us need to wake up to the danger of strife and start walking in love.

Shed the light of GOD's WORD on your relationships. Dig into and get a revelation of the fact that we are all part of each other. Recognize that, as Ephesians tells us, we are one Body and one Spirit, and be eager and strive earnestly to guard and keep the harmony and oneness of that SPIRIT (Eph. 4:3-4).

Let the power of GOD flow in all of your relationships. Learn to walk in the light!

Scripture Study: Romans 15:1-7 We who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak and not to please ourselves. 2 Each of us should please our neighbours for their good, to build them up. 3 For even CHRIST did not please HIMSELF but, as it is written: “The insults of those who insult you have fallen on ME.” 4 For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope.

5 May the GOD who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that CHRIST JESUS had, 6 so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the GOD and FATHER of our LORD JESUS CHRIST.

7 Accept one another, then, just as CHRIST accepted you, in order to bring praise to GOD.

复活的生命

七日的头一日，黎明的时候，那些妇女带着所预备的香料来到坟墓前，看见石头已经从坟墓滚开了，他们就进去，只是不见主耶稣的身体（路加福音24:1-3）  

亲爱的弟兄姊妹们，时候真的到了，我们不要再在死人堆里找活人，也不要再在罪恶、疾病和失败的坟墓里徘徊，我们要步入复活的生命中。

作为耶稣基督复活的真信徒，你的生命里不再有偶然发生，你的生命也不是一个交织各种事件和境况的松散的网这么简单，事实就是：上帝对你的生命有特别的计划。

也许上帝想要使你成为本世纪最伟大的医病事工，或使你成为一个了不起的传道人；也许祂为你准备了一个启示，使你能够用这个启示来祝福全世界。但是，直至你将你的信心和专注都集中于上帝，否则你永远都无法知道祂为你准备的一切。

所以，这就是为何魔鬼竭力要使你专注生活的难题，想方设法要让你的注意力转离上帝永活的话语，因为他不希望你知道，你已经被主耶稣复活的生命所充满，其实魔鬼是惧怕你。

为什么魔鬼会惧怕你？因为一旦你真正懂得在你里面有上帝的生命，那么当你靠着有行动的信心来服从上帝所有的话语时，你就能做主耶稣所做的事情，你也能按手治病、赶鬼、给身边的每个人传讲福音。

总之，你会成为上帝计划要你成为的人，你也会在地球上成为基督的肢体。

不要让撒旦用你昨天的罪和失败，作成寿衣来捆绑你，你不再是死人。当你让主耶稣作为你生命的主并服从祂的教导时，你已经与主耶稣一同复活。从坟墓中走出来，开始活出复活的生命吧！

研经：使徒行传17:24-34

17:24 创造宇宙和其中万物的　神，既是天地的主就不住人手所造的殿，  

17:25 也不用人手服事，好像缺少甚么，自己倒将生命、气息、万物，赐给万人。  

17:26 祂从一本造出万族的人，住在全地上，并且预先定准他们的年限和所住的疆界，

17:27 要叫他们寻求　神，或者可以揣摩而得。其实祂离我们各人不远，

17:28 我们生活、动作、存留都在乎祂。就如你们作诗的，有人说我们也是祂所生的。  

17:29 我们既是　神所生的，就不当以为　神的神性像人用手艺、心思所雕刻的金、银、石。  

17:30 世人蒙昧无知的时候　神并不监察，如今却吩咐各处的人都要悔改。  

17:31 因为祂已经定了日子，要借着祂所设立的人按公义审判天下，并且叫祂从死里复活，给万人作可信的凭据。  

17:32 众人听见从死里复活的话就有讥诮祂的，又有人说“我们再听你讲这个吧。”  

17:33 于是保罗从他们当中出去了。  

17:34 但有几个人贴近他，信了主。其中有亚略巴古的官丢尼修，并一个妇人，名叫大马哩，还有别人一同信从。  

Resurrection Life

"Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre. And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus."

(Luke 24:1-3)

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Truly, it's time for us to stop looking for the living among the dead. It's time for us to stop wandering around in the cemetery of sin, sickness and failure and to step into resurrection life!

As a resurrected true follower of JESUS CHRIST, you're no accident going somewhere to happen. Your life isn't just a loose web of events and circumstances. GOD has specific plans for you.

Maybe HE intends for you to have the greatest healing ministry of this century. Or perhaps HE wants to turn you into a tremendous preacher. Maybe HE has a revelation prepared for you that will enable you to bless the whole world. But you'll never know what HE has in store for you until you put your faith and attention on HIM.

That's why the devil works hard to keep you focusing on the problems of life. That's why he tries to keep your attention turned away from the living WORD of GOD. He doesn't want you to know you're full of the resurrection life of JESUS. In fact, the prospect of it terrifies him.

Why? Because once you truly understand that you have the life of GOD inside you, when you obey all HIS WORD in faith, you'll begin to act just like JESUS did. You'll lay hands on the sick and they'll recover. You'll cast out demons. You'll preach the GOSPEL to every person around you.

In short, you'll be just what GOD intended you to be. You'll be the BODY of CHRIST on the earth.

Don't let Satan bind you with the grave clothes of yesterday's sin and defeat. You're not dead anymore. You've been raised with JESUS when you made HIM the LORD of your life and obey HIS teachings. Come out from the tombs and start living resurrection life!

Scripture Study: Acts 17:24-34

24 “The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by human hands. 25 And he is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything. Rather, he himself gives everyone life and breath and everything else. 26 From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands. 27 God did this so that they would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from any one of us. 28 ‘For in him we live and move and have our being. As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.

29 “Therefore since we are God’s offspring, we should not think that the divine being is like gold or silver or stone—an image made by human design and skill. 30 In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent. 31 For he has set a day when he will judge the world with justice by the man he has appointed. He has given proof of this to everyone by raising him from the dead.”

32 When they heard about the resurrection of the dead, some of them sneered, but others said, “We want to hear you again on this subject.” 33 At that, Paul left the Council. 34 Some of the people became followers of Paul and believed. Among them was Dionysius, a member of the Areopagus, also a woman named Damaris, and a number of others.

让你的生命高呼“我的 神作王了！”

愚顽人心里说：“没有　神。”他们都是邪恶，行了可憎恶的事，没有一个人行善（诗篇14:1）

亲爱的弟兄姊妹们，我们中大多数人做梦都不会想到，这节经文也适用自己，毕竟我们是基督徒，我们决不会说“没有 神”。

然而，或许我们应该再仔细想想。的确，我们决不会嘴上说“没有 神”，可是我们的行为呢？

我们在这里犯一点罪、那里犯一点罪，认为这些小罪是无足轻重的，这是否已经透过我们的行为说出“没有 神”？我们是否看过淫秽电影，或讲过别人的闲话，或对穷人没有爱心的怜悯，所行的都是忽视和悖逆上帝的命令？

我们这样做，不就是在用我们（犯罪）的行为说“没有 神”吗？

诗篇14:1：他们都是邪恶，行了可憎恶的事---无论这个人是否认识到，他的行为越是这样做，那么他就会变得越来越邪恶。

不要犯这个愚蠢的错误---对外公然宣告耶稣为你的主，而私下里却在这或在那，用一些小的罪行来否定祂是你的主。凡事都要靠智慧而行，让你的心和你的生命同为上帝带来荣耀，并高呼“我的 神作王了！”

研经：诗篇14,15:1-4

14:1愚顽人心里说“没有　神”，他们都是邪恶，行了可憎恶的事，没有一个人行善。  

14:2 耶和华从天上垂看世人，要看有明白的没有、有寻求　神的没有。  

14:3 他们都偏离正路，一同变为污秽，并没有行善的，连一个也没有。  

14:4 作孽的都没有知识吗？他们吞吃我的百姓，如同吃饭一样，并不求告耶和华。  

14:5 他们在那里大大的害怕，因为　神在义人的族类中。  

15:1耶和华啊，谁能寄居你的帐幕？谁能住在你的圣山？  

15:2 就是行为正直、作事公义、心里说实话的人。  

15:3 他不以舌头谗谤人，不恶待朋友，也不随伙毁谤邻里；  

15:4 他眼中藐视匪类，却尊重那敬畏耶和华的人；他发了誓，虽然自己吃亏，也不更改；

15:5 他不放债取利，不受贿赂以害无辜。行这些事的人，必永不动摇。  

Let Your Life Shout “My GOD reigns!”

"The fool hath said in his heart, There is no GOD. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good."

(Psalm 14:1)

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Most of us would never dream this verse could apply to us. After all, we're believers! We'd never say that there is no God.

But maybe we should think again. It's true that with our mouths we would never say something like that...but what about with our actions?

Do we say it by sinning just a little here and there and thinking it won't matter? Do we go to an immoral movie or have a gossip session about another person or show no kindness to the poor, ignoring GOD's command to the contrary?

With our actions (sins) are we saying, "There is no GOD?"

Psalm 14:1 connects that kind of thing to corruption. Whether he realizes it or not, the more a person acts that way, the more corrupt he's going to become.

Don't make the foolish mistake of publicly proclaiming JESUS as your LORD, and then privately denying HIM with one little action of sin here and there. Use wisdom in everything you do so that both your heart and your life bring honour and glory to GOD. And shout loudly, "My GOD reigns!"

Scripture Study: Psalm 14: 15:1-5

1 The fool says in his heart,

“There is no God.”

They are corrupt, their deeds are vile;

there is no one who does good.

2 The Lord looks down from heaven

on all mankind

to see if there are any who understand,

any who seek God.

3 All have turned away, all have become corrupt;

there is no one who does good,

not even one.

4 Do all these evildoers know nothing?

They devour my people as though eating bread;

they never call on the Lord.

5 But there they are, overwhelmed with dread,

for God is present in the company of the righteous.

6 You evildoers frustrate the plans of the poor,

but the Lord is their refuge.

7 Oh, that salvation for Israel would come out of Zion!

When the Lord restores his people,

let Jacob rejoice and Israel be glad!

Psalm 15:

1 Lord, who may dwell in your sacred tent?

Who may live on your holy mountain?

2 The one whose walk is blameless,

who does what is righteous,

who speaks the truth from their heart;

3 whose tongue utters no slander,

who does no wrong to a neighbour,

and casts no slur on others;

4 who despises a vile person

but honours those who fear the Lord;

who keeps an oath even when it hurts,

and does not change their mind;

5 who lends money to the poor without interest;

who does not accept a bribe against the innocent.

Whoever does these things will never be shaken.

天使只是守护孩童吗？

天使岂不都是服役的灵，奉差遣为那将要承受救恩的人效力吗？（希伯来1:14）

亲爱的弟兄姊妹们，当我们还是孩子的时候，有很多人都听到过有守护孩童的天使，这令我们在那个时候倍感安慰。在晚上关灯之后，总感觉漆黑的房间里，有鬼怪藏在衣柜门的后面或床下有可怕的东西在爬动，而每当我们被这些恐惧包围时，就会欣慰地想到，有天使在保护着自己。

随着岁月的流逝，我们摆脱了童年的恐惧。曾经想象中的怪物，仿佛已经从我们的脑海里消失了，但令人遗憾的是，我们大多数人也遗忘了我们的守护天使。

然而，天使不只是守护孩童，他们是有能力的灵，奉差遣为我们这些承受救恩的人效力。

在希伯来书1:14里，“救恩”一词是出自希腊语“soteria”，意思是拯救、肉体的保护和当时的解救。想想看，上帝创造了众多荣耀、有能力的灵，就是为了在邪恶的世代里保护我们、拯救我们。

我们要记住，根据诗篇103:20，只有上帝的话语才能让天使运作起来。因此，当你有困难的时候，不要为此胆怯和哭泣，你要大声讲出上帝的话语，让你的守护天使回应你的求助；然后，你要耐性等候，给他们时间为你而工作，他们一定会完成任务。

研经：诗篇103:17-22

103:17 但耶和华的慈爱归于敬畏祂的人，从亘古到永远；祂的公义也归于子子孙孙，  

103:18 就是那些遵守祂的约、记念祂的训词而遵行的人。  

103:19 耶和华在天上立定宝座，祂的权柄统管万有。  

103:20 听从祂命令、成全祂旨意有大能的天使，都要称颂耶和华；  

103:21 你们作祂的诸军、作祂的仆役、行祂所喜悦的，都要称颂耶和华；

103:22 你们一切被祂造的，在祂所治理的各处，都要称颂耶和华；我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华。  

Are Angels Just for Kids?

"Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?"

(Hebrews 1:14)

  

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Most of us heard about our guardian angel when we were just children; and, in those days, it was a comforting thought. With monsters lurking behind the closet door and creepy things crawling beneath the bed, it was good to know that someone was there to protect us when the light was out.

But, as the years passed, we outgrew our childhood fears. The imaginary creatures that had once seemed so real disappeared from our minds--and sadly enough, for most of us, the angels did too.

But angels are not just kid stuff. They're powerful spirits sent forth to minister for us who are heirs of salvation.

The word salvation in Hebrews 1:14 is from the Greek word soteria, meaning deliverance, preservation of material, and temporal deliverance. Think about that! GOD has created vast numbers of gloriously powerful spiritual beings for the express purpose of protecting us and delivering us from the evils of this world.

And remember, according to Psalm 103:20, the WORD of GOD is what puts those angels in action. So when you're in trouble, don't cower and cry about how awful things are. Speak the WORD! Give your angels something to respond to. Then be patient and let them have time to work. They'll get their job done.

Scripture Study: Psalm 103:17-22

17 But from everlasting to everlasting

the Lord’s love is with those who fear him,

and his righteousness with their children’s children—

18 with those who keep his covenant

and remember to obey his precepts.

19 The Lord has established his throne in heaven,

and his kingdom rules over all.

20 Praise the Lord, you his angels,

you mighty ones who do his bidding,

who obey his word.

21 Praise the Lord, all his heavenly hosts,

you his servants who do his will.

22 Praise the Lord, all his works

everywhere in his dominion.
