HR and Admin Clerk
JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations. 2. Organize files, perform data entry and maintain accurate records. 3. Provide general administrative support to office / company’s project sites. 4. Assist and follow up activities assigned with department’s procedures and rules. 5. Process related communications, including phone calls, emails, correspondence, mail and faxes. 6. Oversee daily operations, including flight booking, course registration and dormitories’ arrangement. REQUIREMENT 1. Diploma holder or above. 2. MS Office proficiency, especially with Access, Excel and Word. ERP experience will be a priority. 3. Positive working style with good communication skills in both written & spoken English & Chinese. 4. Strong collaboration skills to accomplish the work assigned. 5.
