Job Scope:
Classroom Management
1. Start and end class punctually.
2. After class, let students arrange the tables and chairs tidily, clean thewhiteboard and do simple cleaning of the classroom.
Student Management
1. Maintaining order in clas, disallowing students to be noisy.
2, Check student attendance sheet. Check if any student is absent withoutreason. If discover that student does not take leave or absent with reason,need to inform the admin staff.
3.If college has any letter to pass to the students, teacher is to help replythe message and explain to those who do not understand.
4. Try your best within your limits to help the students.
Teaching Management
1. Preparing teaching materials for the next lesson.
2. Assigning homework and in-class test for the students.
3. Marking the students's homework, in-class test and assignments.
4. Teacher uses varied and innovative teaching strategies and learningmethodolgies to motive the student's learning interesting.
5. In the process of teaching, instill in the students the college's Vision,Mission, Values and Culture.
6. College will organize a Course Review meeting every 2 years. Attend thecourse review meeting if required.
7. Please fill up the recommendation of academic material form forsupplementing teaching resources if the teaching resources are not sufficient.
Others
1. Check own locker to se if there is assigned work form other colleagues. 2.Make sure all the students finish the survey questionnaire before the totalsession ends.
