Tasksand Duties
- Attend to customers in person or Telephone or by email
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve their complaints
- Perform customer verifications and update them on new Products launch
- Process customer’s orders and applications
- Support company’s campaigns and events
Requirementsand Experience
- A-Level or Diploma in any discipline
- Service oriented with good working attitude
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to perform shift work
- Able to work overtime occasionally
- Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Initiative and with leadership quality
WorkingDays
- 1st Shift: 1030 ~1930;
- 2nd Shift: 1300 ~2200 (Monday to Friday)
