Use the Account Software MYOB to Data entry;filing of invoices;Prepare Worker Wages andSalary; Prepare Paymentto suppliers ( per month) ; Transactions for Petty cash & Issue cheques;Update Bank Book and BankReconciletion,;Prepare GST Working to submission ;familiar using MicrosoftOffice Excel & Word,and answer phone call ,to open mail box andadmin works. I has been study the LCCI ,Level 3 (high-level) andCAT(Certified Accounting Technician) but have not complete yet. 会使用新加坡的会计软件MYOB做资料输入,银行对账单,收付款项记录,准备消费税草稿,计算工人薪水,开支票给供应商和自己工人报销单开信箱分发信,公司的文员工作,可以熟悉使用办公软件
