JOB DESCRIPTION Primary Role in Accounts:
• Responsible for all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables duties • Maintain up-to-date billing system • Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines • Perform account reconciliations • Prepare bank deposits • Review and keep track of Accounts Receivables aging • Responsible for GST submission and reporting • Collation and Update of Inventory Master Data • Ensure expenses is within company guidelines Secondary Role in Admin/ Office Management: • Provide support to Commercial Director for preparation and timely distribution monthly/ weekly sales report and others related • Establish office standards, organize office operations and procedures • Liaising with Corporate Secretary • Manage Vendors and Customer Service Agreements • Plan & Organize events/ meetings/ sales marketing • Manage travel requests and ensure all travel arrangements are approved • Any ad-hoc duties commensurate with the role may be assigned from time to time Experiences: • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance or Business Management • Conversant in Microsoft Office especially in Excel • Experience in ERP system; MYOB is an advantage • Full-Time position(s) available.
