Visit pass可以走自助通道了？

今天送老妈回国，居然看到她可以走公民和PR才可以走的自助通道过关，问门口的警察叔叔，回答是进新加坡的时候有注册过就可以过了，我也忘记当初老妈来的时候是否有按指模注册过没有，现在有些惊诧莫名。
综合一下大家的理解，我重新说一下：本人PR，老妈持有传统护照非电子护照，给老妈申请了普通的旅游签证，再做延长至89天，2月5号进关，按了指膜，4月30号回国，在工作人员的指引下，走了自助通道，且白卡，30天VISA的信，延长至89天的信三张纸都没有被收回。

持有普通旅游签证还是ltvp？

当时看到一个管理人员挥手示意走那边的自助通道，COUNTER都没看到几个人排队过关的，不过还是有人，难道是之前没有注册的？那当时进关的时候为什么没有注册呢？

enhanced-Immigration Automated Clearance System

People's Republic of China (PRC) passport holders can apply to use eIACS if they meet the following eligibility criteria:
a.    Passport validity of more than 6 months;
b.    Hold a valid 5-year (or longer) Multiple Journey Visa issued by Singapore;
c.    Visited Singapore at least three times in last 12 months; and
d.    Aged 6 and above.
- Parent or legal guardian of applicants who are below the age of 18 are required to be present during enrolment. The original copy of the applicant's birth certificate and the passport of the accompanying parent or legal guardian should also be provided for verification of identity. In the event the applicant is accompanied by a legal guardian, the original copy of the legal authorisation letter or court order must also be furnished.
