给孩子领护照

孩子中国出生已入籍新加坡，今年二月申请护照现已通过eappointment确认领取时间。请问非本地出生孩子没有本地的报生纸（出生证）只有一张公民证书没有条码，如何在约定时间去scan quene No.? 用父母的IC?

What must I bring for my/my child's passport collection?
The original documents you need to bring will be listed on the passport collection notification card or email.

Generally, the following original documents should be brought:

a) Current passport (if any);
b) Original NRIC; and
c) Passport collection notification card (if any).

Additional documents for applicants below 16 years of age:

d) Applicant's Birth Certificate;
e) Consenting parent's original NRIC (NRIC slips or military-issued 11B cards are not accepted);
f) Applicant's MOE smart card / Student's card

它不是只要本地的，原件就可以，你申请的时候提交的什么就带什么就好了
