Duties & Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the followings:

· Daily facilities inspection and maintenance for  Data Centre E&M facilities数据中心机电设施的日常检查及保养

· Perform facilities repairs执行设备维修

· Supervise  Vendors  to  carry  out  scheduled  facilities  maintenance during weekend监督供应商在周末进行定期的设施维护

· Escort Vendors for regular cleaning in Data Halls/ Critical areas陪同供应商定期清洁数据大厅/关键区域

· Escalate problem / incident to Engineer or Manager将问题/事件上报工程师或经理

· Incident handling事件处理

· Assist Manager / Engineer to handle Customers’ IT equipment racks & equipment move-in.协助经理/工程师处理客户的IT设备架和设备搬进来。

· Perform Burn-in Test & Current Leakage Test for Customers’ IT equipment 对客户的IT设备进行老化测试和电流泄漏测试

· Monitor the Building Management System (BMS)监察楼宇管理系统(BMS)

· Assist Engineer to update Inventory list / Asset list …etc.协助工程师更新库存清单/资产清单等。

Requirement

· Higher Diploma  or  higher  in  Mechanical,  Electrical  or  Building Services Engineering机械、电气或屋宇装备工程高级文凭或以上学历

· Minimum   2   years’ experience of   facilities   operation   in   Data Centre/Telecommunications industry至少2年数据中心/电信行业设施运营经验

· Familiar   with   a   minimum   of   two   types   of   critical   facilities (Chiller/Cooling  Tower,  CRAC,  UPS,  STS, Genset,…etc)至少熟悉两种关键设备(冷水机/冷却塔、空调、UPS、STS、发电机组等)

· Holder of LEW Technician or above  持有卢技术员或以上学历

· Shift duty required (2 shifts a day, 7am to 11pm)  轮班(每天2班，早7时至晚11时)

· Provide 7 x 24 Emergency service  提供7 * 24紧急服务
