HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

  • Handling phone calls
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Maintain and update customer records
  • Assist Manager on monitoring compliance due date
  • As a Junior Admin, you are required to assist the     organisation in administrative and ad hoc duties.
  • Handle admin     duties
  • Procurement     of office equipment, stationery, grocery, etc..
  • General     & ad-hoc duties as per assigned by supervisor


Requirements  

  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Words
  • Organized, detail-oriented, works with a high degree of     accuracy
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills
  • Team player and positive attitude
  • Required Skill(s): Good interpersonal skills and work     with initiative
  • Preferably Junior Assistant or equivalent.
  • Able to work very independently in a dynamic environment
  • Candidate must be able to handle English and Mandarin     speaking clients
