Responsibilities
- Handling phone calls
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain and update customer records
- Assist Manager on monitoring compliance due date
- As a Junior Admin, you are required to assist the organisation in administrative and ad hoc duties.
- Handle admin duties
- Procurement of office equipment, stationery, grocery, etc..
- General & ad-hoc duties as per assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Words
- Organized, detail-oriented, works with a high degree of accuracy
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Team player and positive attitude
- Required Skill(s): Good interpersonal skills and work with initiative
- Preferably Junior Assistant or equivalent.
- Able to work very independently in a dynamic environment
- Candidate must be able to handle English and Mandarin speaking clients
