Job Description:
We are small accounting firm in central, that providing accounting, taxation and corporate secretarial services.
- Handle full set of accounts using MYOB, Xero or QuickBook for clients
- Prepare monthly management report and quarterly GST report for client
- Income tax computation and filing for client
- Providing corporate secretarial services to client
- Other add hoc services
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting (LCCI) or higher
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Must be able to handle full set of accounts up to balance sheet
- MYOB、Xero、quickbook accounting software knowledge (Hands on experience is an advantage)
- Microsoft office skill is must
- Chinese writing and Mandarin speaking is must, due to massive connection with mandarin-speaking clients
- Possess strong analytical, communication and good interpersonal skills
- Pro-active and independent individual
- Team player who is hands-on, meticulous, willing to learn and work beyond job scope when necessary
- 5-day week (9am to 6pm)
- Able to start work in short notice
