a) NOTE: This quote and its STATED/GIVEN PROMOTIONS is only valid for 14 days from date issue as above.
b) All Customer's particulars obtained are solely for the purposes of completing services. We will seek consent from
Customers should their particulars be used for purposes other than internal marketing and billing purposes.
Payment Schedule and Information:
c) All payment made to xxxx  should be in the form of cheque (crossed), bank transfer
d) The Payment Schedule as follows:

10% - Upon Confirmation of the Quotation
50% - Before Commencement of Works (i.e. after confirmation of 3D
drawing/application of renovation permit/ approval by managemet)
35% - Upon Measurement and Confirmation of second PD door in common toilet
5% - Upon Completion and Handover to Home Owner
e) All minor works are not to follow the original payment schedule. Minor works are
works that consists of not more than 2 scope of works as listed in the original renovation
scope of works. (e.g. only carpentry and painting)
f) All minor works payment will be made up to 95% of the payment BEFORE commencement
of works. The remaining 5% will be held till delivery and satisfactory handover to owner.
