整体出租能报台湾籍服务业地址吗？

有普通房要出租，台湾籍的wp,在官卡工作，现在不知道这种服务业能不能报地址，因为我是申请整体出租，没有屋主同住，打给HDB很久打不通

要看租客是拿什么准证。如果是SP，EP 就没有问题。
如果是WP，只有SERVICE SECTOR 才可以住没人主人同住的组屋。
所以，按照你的说法你的租客是可以报地址的。你要确认一下，看一下他的准证。
