Responsibilities: - Handle admin duties
- Assist to prepare monthly HR report
- Handling phone calls
- Handle submit application/renewal/cancellation of work pass in MOM online
- Procurement of office equipment, stationery, grocery, etc..
- General & ad-hoc duties as per assigned by supervisor
Other Information & Requirements: - Min 1 year experience
- Min Diploma/Degree in any field
- Excellent to details, pro-active and flexibility in problem solving
- Good team player with positive & bubbly personality
- Opportunity in career advancement to handle higher responsibilities
