Common rooms provide Queen size beds and mattress, high floor are ventilated, well-lit, air-conditioned, and address can be reported. There is a food court and a bus stop and Exit 5 of Woodlands MRT Station is within easy reach.
It has access to the MRT, bus interchange, library, shopping mall and supermarket.
A common room is $900/month for 1 person, $1000/month for 2 person including water, electricity and air conditioning, and each room has an enhanced Wifi signal.
Students and professionals who are civilized, friendly and clean are welcome to stay.
