Admin Executive
Central - Singapore Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment process: on-boarding, orientation and assist new hires settle in their new roles.
- Assist in exit clearance.
- Initiate and organize company events, employee communication and welfare/engagement activities to increase staff morale/team spirits and productivity
- Assist China Counterparty in all Admin related matters.
- VIP Reception.
- Handle all incoming calls and general customer enquiries, provide office hospitality service to guests
- Coordinate, arrange and facilitate meetings, prepare equipment for meetings
- Responsible for office administration and secretarial duties, such as supplies of stationary, courier arrangement, office/group insurance, vendor contracts and running errands
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Maintain office expenses
- Liaison with building management for matters related to office equipment
- Liaison with IT outsourced vendor for any IT related issues
- Liaison with the group companies in China, organize business trips, visits and events including hotel reservations, flight bookings, visa applications, airport pick-ups and agenda
- Any other duties as the company may require from time to time
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in any business-related discipline
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin is a must to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Good interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Team player, fast learner, positive attitude, detail oriented
