金花茶

金花茶是山茶科山茶属中，唯一具有金黄色花瓣的品种，是国家一级、世界二级珍稀保护植物，具有较高的药用和营养价值。其花和叶为广西壮族民间传统用药。有文献提示，金花茶含有多糖、植物多酚等化学成分，其中以槲皮素、山柰酚以及糖苷类衍生物为主。体内及体外研究提示，金花茶可能具有抗氧化、调脂、降糖、抗过敏、抗皮肤光老化、抑菌等多种药理活性

Golden scented tea is the only variety of Camellia with golden petals in Theaceae. It is a national first-class and second-class rare protected plant with high medicinal and nutritional value. Its flowers and leaves are the traditional folk medicine of the Zhuang nationality in Guangxi. It is suggested that Jinhua tea contains polysaccharides, plant polyphenols and other chemical components, mainly quercetin, kaempferol and glycoside derivatives. Studies in vivo and in vitro suggest that Jinhua tea may have many pharmacological activities, such as antioxidation, lipid regulation, hypoglycemia, anti-allergy, anti-skin photoaging, bacteriostasis and so on.
