CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER x 2 Positions
Job scopes: Responsibilities
- Make calls to prospective / new customers from sources provided
- Calling from available database of existing clients or new clients with interest
- Attend to customer enquiries
- Identify and assess customer’s needs
- Schedule appointments for customers
- Reminder to new customers for appointment through calls/SMSs
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open andinteractive communication
- Meet personal sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handling of inquiries, complaints and feedback
- Generation of daily reports
- Liaison with Branch Managers on turn ups
- Other ad hoc admin duties as and when required
Requirements - Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Patient individual with attention to details
- Motivated and sales oriented
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin (to answer Chinese-speaking enquiries)
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
- Malaysians with degree who can qualify for EP are welcome to apply as no quota for WP/S pass
