CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER x 2 Positions

Job scopes:
Responsibilities

  • Make calls to prospective / new customers from sources provided
  • Calling from available database of existing clients or new clients with interest
  • Attend  to customer enquiries
  • Identify  and assess customer’s needs
  • Schedule appointments for customers
  • Reminder to new customers for appointment through calls/SMSs
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open andinteractive communication
  • Meet personal sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handling of inquiries, complaints and feedback
  • Generation of daily reports
  • Liaison with Branch Managers on turn ups
  • Other ad hoc admin duties as and when required



Requirements
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Patient individual with attention to details
  • Motivated and sales oriented
  • Able to converse in English  and Mandarin (to answer Chinese-speaking enquiries)
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
  • Malaysians with degree who can qualify for EP are welcome to apply as no quota for WP/S pass
