岗位3: 客户业务助理/经理(Account Operations Assistant/Manager)工作年限要求: 0-10
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage business communications with advertising channels regarding account management. (Facebook, Google ads, Applovin, Unity, and etc)
Oversee the setup, configuration, and settlement of accounts with advertising suppliers, ensuring seamless contract management.
Ensure accuracy in data related to mobile advertising, managing billing processes, and settling accounts efficiently.
Oversee daily operations and manage credit lines, ensuring smooth and efficient account configuration.
Support other flexible tasks as required.
Core Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or above.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to manage business communications effectively with advertising channels.
Data Management: Proficiency in ensuring accuracy in data related to mobile advertising and managing billing processes.
Project Management: Skilled in overseeing the setup, configuration, and settlement of accounts, and managing day-to-day operations.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with enterprise ERP systems and familiarity with mobile advertising platforms. (Zendesk, Facebook, Google ads, Applovin, Unity, and etc)
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and meticulousness in handling data and tasks.
Collaboration: Capable of working well independently and within a team, showing adaptability and responsibility.
Preferred fluency in both English and Mandarin to align with both internal and external stakeholders
