We have a common room available in our brand new condo (3+1 unit of 1324sqf). Your room will be facing the inner condo water/greenery side with a very peaceful/relaxing atmosphere.











Availability: July 21st.

The condo name is "Livia" and is located at a 5 minutes walk from Pasir Ris MRT (metro) station (green line). 15 min to Changi Business park, 30 min to Raffles Place. The place is brand new (completed in 2011), full of greenery in the way it is designed, and offers all of the usual full condo facilities (swimming pool, Gym and aqua-gym, tennis court, sauna, BBQ pits, etc...).

The room is fully furnished with brand new furniture, mattress. We are looking for a professional tenant. We are both professional (French 31 yo, and Chinese 32 yo). You will be sharing the bathroom with only one person (our flat mate, male, 28 yo, from New Zealand).
Price: 1,200 SGD / month (with 1 month deposit) + shared utilities not included (roughly 80-90 SGD based on bills, including WIFI internet and pay TV, weekly cleaning service).
