第三届北京海外置业及投资移民展,是目前中国首个针对日益发展的海外投资置业及移民行业的展会,涵盖四大主题:海外置业、海外移民、海外留学、海外投资。为期三天的展会将会有来自欧洲、北美、亚洲、澳洲、非洲等数百个国家和地区涉及海外置业、移民、投资、留学等多个领域的参展企业。届时,展会将与第三届北京奢侈品展同期举行。

中国兴起 “第三次移民高潮”
  2012年年底发布的《中国国际移民报告{2012}》中指出,中国对世界几个主要的移民国家永久性移民数量超过15万人,其中在美国获得永久居留的人数达到87017人,在中国国际移民总数中排名第一;然后是加拿大、澳大利亚和新西兰等国家。据胡润研究院和中国银行2013年3月联合发布的《中国私人财富管理白皮书》,中国富裕人群中,有14%已经移民或者正在申请移民,另有46%正在考虑移民。中国海外投资移民多集中在房地产、外币存款和股票等领域,尔他们的主要目的是为了寻求更优秀的教育资源、更安全的投资环境和更高的生活品质。2012年来自全球各国的移民局均显示,中国将继续成为国际投资、置业、移民、留学来源最多的国家,中国“第三次移民高潮”正在兴起。
中国富人海外购置房产成趋势
  随着国内楼市受到持续调控,不少中国买家将目光投向国外,越来越多的中国人开始海外置业。2012年初公布的报告显示,多伦多、伦敦和新加坡等海外置业热门地区里,境外买家20%至40%是来至中国;中国买家在加拿大温哥华购房者比例,从2011年的29%上升到2012年的40%以上;而在英国伦敦著名的金融街区金丝雀码头,约三分之一的新售房屋卖给了中国人。
海外购房群体集中在京沪两地
  目前,中国高净值人群中拥有海外资产的已达33%,海外资产在可投资总资产中的平均占比为19%,投资目标以房地产为主。而目前没有海外资产的高净值人群中,也有将近30%的人在近3年中有进行海外投资的计划。据《2012中国购房者海外购房趋势》最新报告显示,当前国内海外购房人群主要集中在上海{占12.55%}和北京{占11.56%}。

填好申请表,加盖公章后传真至组委会,展会按照“先报名,先付款,先安排”原则,组委会最终保留展位调动权。 申请展会后7日内将展会全款汇至组委会,否则展位不予保留。

Based on “China International Immigration Report 2012”, China permanent immigration demography is more than 150,000 at end of this year, including 87,017 to America firstly, and then Canada, Australia, New Zealand. Based on “Private Banking White Paper 2013”, published by Hurun Report & Bank of China, 14% of wealthy Chinese is applying for immigration, and 46% take immigration into consideration. The overseas investment and immigration focused on real estate, foreign currency deposit and stocks, and is aimed at excellent education resource, safe investment environment and higher life quality.

Purchasing  overseas property is papulor in China

With the regulation of the domestic real estate by government,  many Chinese people pay more attention to overseas real estate. As report in 2012, the popular region of overseas property, such as Toronto, London and Singapore, 20% to 40% offshore buyers are Chinese buyers.

The buyers for Overseas property  centralized in Beijing and Shanghai

Currently, 33% of China high net worth individuals have overseas properties, and the overseas investment account for 19% in their total investments, mostly invested in real estate.
