新组屋（5年）顶楼会热么？

最近看了一个新组屋的顶楼，房子倒不错。但是担心会热。有哪位住顶楼的，说说你们的感受呢谢谢回复！

新组屋的顶楼有隔热墙隔开,不会热.这是我个人观点供参考.[em01]

for those unit with lift-level on all floor , it should be be very safe.for new flat , they have improve the water pressure and the heat insolated .u will not notice the different , unless it a super hot weather/day.

谢谢哦，呵呵，我们后来有去感受了一下，确实不怎么热，而且听住过顶楼的朋友也说顶楼不怎么热
