<p>我们昨天exercise option，中介就要准备递交购屋申请到HDB了，agent跟我说我需要现在就跟银行签正式合同，拿到一个什么date，填在表单上HDB才会分配一个1st app的日期，是这样么？</p><p>我本来以为是只要第一次appointment之前跟银行签订贷款合同就可以了。</p>
