(location so-so , price so-so, condition of hse is no so good, alway tenanted [indian IT and&nbsp;other]&nbsp;u think the hse condition good or not?)</p><p>if u are interested in their hse, look in to the newspaper&nbsp;, when u view the hse the agent will let u know the hse belong to them.</p>

这些房子要卖之前，房屋买卖中介是否会有第一手资料？应该自己留意报纸上的消息，还是直接委派中介帮看比较好[em06]
