请问HDB顶楼的房子好不好,会不会很热

最近在看房子,可看了几套都是顶楼的, 不知道顶楼是不是会很热, 下雨的话会不会漏水, 房东都说自己的房子是新式的组屋, 上面有阁层的,所以不会有影响的, 不知道是不是这样??
