It will offer about 3,000 new flats under its build-to-order scheme from this month till December, up from the 1,400 new flats it put up for sale in the first half of this year. <br/><br/>The Board also urged homebuyers to watch their wallets. <br/><br/>'There is also a large pool of resale flats in the open market,' it said.
