Erik Penser Fondkommission is finishing the Sting Networks share issue prospectus 
 
Erik Penser Fondkommission, is finishing the Sting Networks share issue
prospectus, and the first version has been send to Finansinspektionen
(FI), the Swedish financial authority. 
When FI, has approved the prospectus, it will be made available on your
Bridge back office account. This time, we will also send a printed
edition to all members by mail. 
 
The share issuing, will be for a total of 31 million Swedish crowns, about 3.4 million euros. 
One block of shares, will be about the same amount as in previous share issuings, around 1,100 euros.

Since our business club, is totally convinced that the Asian market, will be one of our biggest markets; we have now doubled our efforts to begin our expansion. Since the beginning of February, Mr. Anders Fors, has accepted to join, in a full time basis our Bridge Group International Ltd. team, in leading and assisting us with the expansion project. His background in the financial sector and comprehensive knowledge of International banking products brings a great asset to the company. We are looking forward for his assistance, in future developments on additional benefits, for the Bridge community. I guess many of you already know, we have strived to obtain licenses in Malaysia, since mid last year (2006). This process has taken longer than what we first forecasted; but it is our pleasure to inform you, that we are about to achieve this objective. Mr. Fors, our recent company representative in Asia and Malaysia; has done everything in his power to complete the process; but due to recent changes in the Malaysian legislation, he has faced some obvious difficulties on the way. To facilitate the approval process, our Board of Directors has taken the decision, to appoint the Malaysian law firm, Zaid Ibrahim & Co. Advocates & Solicitors; (the largest law firm in Malaysia), to resolve the outstanding issues, for our prompt licensing authorizations. After 2 meetings with our lawyers; which Mr. Fors and I were coordinating; agreed with a timetable that looks reasonable for completion. We will inform you, as we progress in this matter. Once again, want to thank the Bridge club for taking the time to read a bit more of how we are moving forward into the Asian market. Regards, Basilio Chen
