Credit Suisse to launch Mindark at the Stock Exchange

Yesterday, 
December 4, 2007, MindArk announced in a press release the process of
preparing for its upcoming IPO together with Credit Suisse, which will
likely include an offering of newly issued registered shares as well as
existing shares.
In the financial newspaper, Dagens Industri in Sweden, Jan Welter
also confirms that the goal is to go public during the second part of
2008,  with the aim to be listed at the London Stock exchange. 
 
MindArk has after a time, with different opportunities finally
appointed one of the world´s leading banks, Credit Suisse to help the
company evaluate its strategic alternatives including planning for the
IPO. 
 
MindArk intends to use the proceeds from the newly issued shares to
implement its quantum growth strategy, in particular the expansion of
its market position and pursuit of potential acquisition opportunities. 
 
Jan Welter, CEO of MindArk, said in the pressrelease "As a publicly
traded company MindArk will be able to acquire intellectual property
and make strategic acquisitions that will enhance and expand Entropia
Universe as the leading Virtual platform for Entertainment, Commerce,
Education and Avatar Development. The IPO will also give us an
opportunity to substantially expand our development team and to further
develop our many current virtual systems and user tools employed by
users to engage in commerce, as well as to develop new ones."

Mr.
Jacinto Wong, CEO and President, met with leaders and members of the
organization to share the successes of the year, share short and long
term goals and receive feedback directly from the members in order to
understand and prioritize goals for the coming year.  These meetings
were held in Stockholm and in Riga.

presentation in Stockholm was very successful as Mr. Wong, stated:  “I
feel today a large weight upon my shoulder when I see members dedicate
full time to grow BRIDGE.”  Also, he felt very happy to see there
people and friends from the previous time, as well as to meet new
ones.  Members from Iceland (the community with the fastest growth for
this year) travelled to Stockholm to attend the presentation and meet
Mr. Wong in person and report on activities in the Bridge offices they
have established.</div>

RavenPack´s first offering sucessfully completed 2008/02/15
 

 

 
Bridge is pleased to announce that the recently closed subscription in
RavenPack in association with their financial advisor McNamee, was
oversubscribed. ACH Securities in Geneva has confirmed that all shares
have now been delivered to members.
 On 12th February, RavenPack’s CEO Mr. Armando Gonzalez met with
Mats Jäderberg of the Bridge European management team to discuss plans
for the second round of €4.5 million and possible dates for road shows
and interviews, together with the subscription date.
 
Ravenpack’s financial advisor McNamee is now looking into the legal requirements for dealing with securities in Spain.
